Well, if anyone wants to talk about how wild Gay life is -just point them in the direction of Eureka Springs Arkansas. David and I arrived there about 5 PM on a Monday just barely time to enough to find someplace to eat- actually a lesbian couple stay open late so we could eat supper(how could you not love these people?). The nightlife in Eureka Springs consists of window shopping and porch seating, we did both.Gay Eureka Springs coexists with a large Christan community surrounding in some cases next door too. Pride Flags are on hotels near exit to the Passion Play. Until recently there has been no problem between the two that was until the American Family Association found out about it. AFA send press and video about how Gays have over -ran a Christian Community -damn those queers anyway putting up there gift shops, and bed and breakfasts. The nerve of them restoring the town-those's people.
David and I rented a small apartment for 2 days . Our host were at the Byrd's Eye View were Alvin and Charlie. The Alvin and Charlie owns a gift store/framing shop and the convenience store next door, called the INN-Convenience store(get it). David and I picked up a six-pack of beer at the store and spades of Floyd's barber shop there Charlie and friends watching and laughing at the city counsel meeting (Jodie and Ellen sound familiar?). I guess someone puts on a puppet show during the back of the meeting imitating the counsel member (How can not love these people).
