We're excited to announce Miss Foozie has agreed to emcee the parade. The costume parade has become the citys most renowned Halloween
event drawing thousands of spectators. Its a creative, fun and entertaining event for the entire community that raises funds for our community garden park. And a Sunday parade means a huge crowd so weve extended the parade route north to Addison. The Northalsted Business Alliance, in conjunction with Triangle Neighbors Association (a branch of the Lake View Citizens' Council), presents the 14th Annual Northalsted Halloween Parade on Sunday, Oct. 31st. This year's theme is "Little Street of Horrors," taken from the Hollywood film and Broadway show "Little Shop of Horrors." Floats make their way into the parade for the first time and a scarecrow competition has shops competing for the top prize for decorating and design

David and I had a great time a couple of weeks ago in Indianapolis. Theater on the Square production of ... and then there was nun! was more fun then we and hoped. As always the player were fantastic. The women more then held their own against the drag queen . Sister Gloria Swanson was the show stealer but everyone was great .
