i think its called a " WOOD DUCK". [ that one looks like a female, the males have much more colourful plumes and they seem more promineit in the carolinas.
It might be a type of wood duck, its not the type we have in Michigan. It's not a very good picture, the ducks crowd feathers go up and down like a peacock. I've never another one like it. Thanks Mike
