Mackinaw City is having it 17th annual Winter festival. Included in the events is Frozen Chicken Bowling, Chili cook off, ice fishing, frozen fish toss and outhouse racing. Winterfests runs from January 14-16th. Outhouse Races start at 2pm saturday . http://www.mackinawouthouserace.com/
