Bryce Canyon, it might be just a couple of hours from Zion-but the elevation is nearly 10,000 feet. Which means totally different weather. You will need long pants and jacket in the morning. The high altitude also mean harder walking.
I picked a easy to moderate-trail. The brochure said only 1.8 mile down the canyon. As I pass a group of German tourist, it occured to that also would be 1.8miles up. As i walk slowly down the trail. I heard the German talking: german german german more german SLOW MOTION- then laughter
