Thomas Paull froze to death because no homeless shelters could legally let him slept there. Michigan law requires registered sex offender can't reside within a 1,000 feet of school.
Here is the kicker the school in question is a Catholic High School. No sex offender ever reside there.
For the record Tom crime to play 20 years ago. School was not in session.
