Hoosierland got it's first win at the Miss America crown Saturday. Katie Stam from Seymour Indiana, wow the judges with a bikini strut and powerhouse version of " Via Dolorosa".This the second year in a row the great lakes states have been represented. Last year Miss America r Kirsten Haglund is from Michigan .
Miss America is using a reality television format this year. Four out the fifteen finalist are pick from home viewer. The show has added cutie Mario Lopez and What Not To Wear Clint kelly.
I know this very stereotypical of myself, but the gown was breathtaking.
